As a valued customer of Squeaky, we would like to familiarise you with the terms and conditions to ensure that your experience is a satisfying one.
1. Ordering your products
Once an order has been accepted and signed as confirmation, no cancellation of that order will be valid. Store credit will be given only if the goods ordered specifically for you have not been manufactured.
2. Delivery of your products
Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the products within the specified time resulting from manufacturing, shipment or delivery delays from our suppliers.
3. Our Liability
We will not be responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for a particular purpose unless it is self-evident or is made known to us. Further we will not accept responsibility for the suitability or strength of fabrics supplies on a “customers’ own material or customers’ own leather” basis which is specified by the purchaser or his agent. Nothing in the contract will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. If you are a consumer, then nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.
4. Personal Information
By signing this agreement, you authorize and give your consent to Squeaky for contacting you via the appropriate channels in order to provide customer after sales service and information related to our products and events. This consent overrides registration with Do Not Call Registry.
