The subfloor should be dry, smooth, flat, dust-free, and resistant to compression and load-bearing. Seams may remain visible to the eye, which is an inherent characteristic of carpet tiles. Due to dye lot variations, actual color may vary slightly from the samples. Chair pads are recommended to prevent premature wear of the carpet.

The design and production of True Elegance comply with the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and adhere to environmental regulations.
As a responsible manufacturer, a majority of excess production materials are recycled in-house, resulting in at least 10% recycled content in the tile backing. True Elegance is PVC-free and packaged sustainably, making it an environmentally friendly flooring solution.
